### Where does NSG Bamboo Center provide services?

Although our headquarters is in Aydın, we serve customers throughout Turkey. We carry out projects in all major cities, especially Aydın, İstanbul, Antalya, Muğla, İzmir and Ankara.

### How many years of experience do you have?

Founded in 2008, NSG Bamboo Center is one of Turkey's leading specialists in bamboo and reed products, with more than 15 years of industry experience. Over this time we have successfully completed more than 500 projects.

### Do you offer a free site survey?

Yes, we offer a free on-site survey to all our customers. Our experts examine your project and prepare the most suitable solution and a price quote for you.

### How durable is a bamboo roof?

After special treatment, our bamboo roof systems last 10-15 years without problems. With regular maintenance, this period can be even longer. The warranty period depends on the product (2 to 10 years for our bamboo roofs) and is stated on each product page.

### Is a bamboo roof waterproof?

Yes. Our bamboo roofs, installed together with professional waterproofing systems, are fully waterproof. With the right pitch and detailing, they also provide full protection against heavy rain.

### What is the difference between reed thatch and a bamboo roof?

A bamboo roof offers a more structural, thicker build, while reed thatch is a thinner, more flexible covering material. Bamboo roofs are mainly used for outdoor roofing, whereas reed thatch is used for roofs as well as wall, ceiling and pergola coverings.

### Can decorative bamboo products be used outdoors?

Yes, our decorative bamboo products, which receive a special coating to increase UV and moisture resistance, are suitable for outdoor use. Even so, regular maintenance will extend their life.

### How long does installation take?

It depends on the size of the project, but an average garden / terrace project is completed within 2-5 working days. Large commercial projects (hotels, beach clubs) may take longer; however, a firm schedule is provided at the start.

### Does the customer need to be present during installation?

The customer does not need to be on site at all times. It is enough for you to be available at the survey and handover stages. Throughout the installation, our team keeps you informed of every detail.

### How often do bamboo products need maintenance?

General maintenance once or twice a year is enough to keep your products in good condition for a long time. Applying protective oil before and after winter is especially recommended.

### Do you provide the maintenance service yourselves?

Yes. With our annual maintenance contracts, we offer a comprehensive maintenance service covering periodic inspections, cleaning, protective treatment and minor repairs.

### How are prices determined?

Prices are determined by the type of product used, the coverage area (m²), site access conditions and the complexity of the project. For an exact price, the quote prepared after the free site survey applies.
